Prior to his involvement with the 77 Group, Frank served as President and C.E.O. of RYAN Associates and founder and Executive Director of the 2,200-member National Association of Occupational Health Professionals (NAOHP), for 31 years before selling both entities in 2016. Frank has spoken before hundreds of groups, large and small, provided numerous training sessions in communication, and maintains a deep interest in public speaking and all aspects of communication. He resides in Santa Barbara, California.

Mr. Goddard has served in executive leadership roles across a spectrum of industries including hospitality and health care and multiple roles with the Department of Defense. He has focused on effectively assembling and leading high-performing teams with wide-ranging skills while adapting to diverse and changing missions and environments. He has also served as keynote speaker for professional groups and organizations.

Mr. Goddard studied business and organizational development at the University of Southern California (USC) and Eastern Oregon State University. He and his wife, Carolann, live in Hanford, California. They enjoy spending time with their 11 grandchildren. They are active in their church and enjoy travel and gardening.
